Took out a contract for 24 months, 18 months later my phone keeps on switching on and off 30 times a day. The ONLY branch in Pretoria is in Menlyn Shopping Centre where the first time I went there, I was simply told 'come back tomorrow we're not working today.' Next time I got there, I was told only thing I can do is to take out a new contract to get a new phone, but I have to pay in R660 because 24 months haven't expired yet. So I sent an email on their website to ask for assistance as to what can I do about paying for 24 months, when the phone only works for 18 months!!? That was 2 weeks ago. NO REPLY YET!! Thanks Virgin Mobile for your GREAT client service... NOT!
