A few months ago I cancelled my Virgin Mobile contract and was told that at the end of the month it would be converted to a pay as you go number. I have received no correspondence from Virgin. Mobile since then. I was horrified to be called by virgin Mobile accounts this week saying my account is now 3 months in arrears!! I told the gentleman that I cancelled the contact and refused to pay the outstanding amount as I have not used the phone in months! he said he would speak to cancellations and if necessary someone would call me, again I heard nothing and assumed the matter had been resolved.
Now out of the blue I have received an invoice via email saying I am 3 months in arrears.
This is unacceptable as I cancelled the contract approximately 3 months ago!
