Dont get the same as advertised

I would like to knw what the different is in buying online and in the store? Coz one really dont get the same product. I bought a Samsung Tab 3, 10.1 which was advertised that you get a Drifta with it. I bought my Tab online, and I didnt get one. Heard by the vodashop I went to i was suppose to get one with it. So where is my Drifta??
Secondly, i has my Tab for less then 7 days when i needed to return it to the a vodashop because i didnt want to swith on after i charged it. the consultant at N1 City said he'll send it to Head office as he cant replace my Tab as i didnt buy it there?? How does this work? Do i the customer hav to run around for a product sold by you. Why cant i get a new Tab as it was still in the 7 days? I'm sure if i had to courier it back, vodacom would've said I exceed my 7 days and cant get a new one. And why are u selling faulty products. A call centre consultant has a faulty Tab as well and i heard of people with faulty Samsung as well. I have received a call u have my Tab, but cant say if I'm getting a new one or how long it will take. Come On!!
Please give me a new Tab 3 with the Drifta. I dont know whether i stil want this contract with you guys!
