I am due for upgrade but i cannot upgrade because my R350 anytime is now a data contract i have not been into a mtn to change it over and how is this even possible? I want my new phone before i go on holiday. I must also add that Joe at Bedford Centre is really really not helpful at all. I have tried contacting the customer care at least 7 times now and each time i press to go through to an operator the call ends. I need this sorted out by friday or i am cancelling ALL my contracts with MTN, they are at the expiration dates anyway
