In October 2013 there was in my account, someone upgraded online. I went to great lengths in attempt to fixing the problem and was told that it was sorted. In November I upgraded from a weekend 120 to my gig 1and until now that handdset has a connection problem, its basically not working and I am told its because of the account of which I was told it was fixed. Married and Hellen said they will sort it out.its been 17days and the sim is not working.im sick and tired of chasing after them. I dont want this contract anymore. Worst service eve
