Hey there!
I received my brand new samsung S4 on friday 13/12/13 through mtn direct.
When i did a application with the consultant over the phone i asked that my phone number be ported from vodacom to mtn.
I was impressed with the friendly service I received,
It is the 17 Th. today and i don't have an active sim card at all. It is not active at all. I tried phoning 808 and you hold there forever and when you do speak to them they are rude. I went to my nearest mtn store and they turned me away telling me they cannot help me it is mtn direct's problem i must phone them.
I find this unacceptable, and would please request some assistance in this matter ASAP!!
I require my sim card to be ported from vodacom to mtn.
