HORRIBLE SERVICE FOR TECHNICAL FAULT REPORT

I spoke to a good friend of mine that took her phone in for Repairs at the Eastgate MTN shopping centre and she had it returned to her in 3 days after repairs. On the 9/12/13, I booked my phone in for repairs at the MTN Shop in Eastgate (across Chicken Licken close to Checkers Hyper). Gloria assisted me, but when I told her my story she said that I should take it to the repair centre. I then asked that they send it through and told them about the good review that I got from someone else that their service was speedily and up to date. only when I asked if they could, she reluctantly fetched the forms for me to complete. This happened at 13h00 the afternoon. she told me that it would take 7 days max and it would be booked in Tuesday, 10/12/13. On Friday, 13/12/13 the service centre had not received my phone as yet. Frantically I went back the Sat and they said it has left. I called today and it has only been booked in now via the branch and still needs to be collected. I'm very disappointed! it's Christmas and I DON"T have a phone - worst I don't have any numbers so I can't contact family over this time!!! Disgusting service!
