Faulty Blackberry under warranty. Taken to MTN Eastgate for repair. Phone replaced with a refurbished unit which was faulty and handed in twice again for repair. Phone handed in on 7th July 2013 (booked in by Clement), but I have still not received it despite being told that repairs take 7 to 10 working days. Have been to the store a few times including past weekend and my phone cannot be found. Have called the technical call line (083 900 0349) today & was told phone is not on the system - when I asked for the person's name, they hung up on me. Have tried to get hold of MTN Eastgate today on multiple numbers including those provided, and nobody answers or call is cut off. This is service at MTN!! Am paying for this service and BIS unnecessarily!
