I feel that MTN riped me off as I used 3600 of my loyalty points to transfer to my BB hand set as R60 airtime. But only once I called in to 173 to enquire why it wouldnt activate was only then informed that it cannot be used and that I have to purchase R60 airtime. I dont see the point as to why it cannot be used its R60 airtime!! One could have been informed about this before hand because now I cannot convert those points back. I would like to convert it back to loyalty points please and i'll rather buy airtime for my BB as I now know.
