Loyalty points debacle

Hi

Edgars has stated that everytime we buy something on account we are due loyalty points but this has not been the case for me for the past few months, I have been buying on my account monthly and I have not seen an increase in my loyalty points some time now, even the 50000 given to me for my birthday by edgars has mysteriously vanished, I would like you guys to take a look @ my account and please credit me for the loyalty points that are owed to me, I feel very disgruntled by this. A speedy response will be highly appreciated
