BAD CALL CENTRE

I have a week left to use all my airtime before my contract expires.i currently have R132.01, 23 sms's and 40mb of data. Now i dont make alot of phone calls and i dont use much data because i have wifi at home so all these things will fall away in a weeks time. I used my phone and trying to transfer the loyalty points to a other MTN number but it doesnt work, ive been trying for two days not even an error message shows up. when i put in the number i want to transfer the loyalty points to then nothing happens. this is a form of, i then contacted your customer service department where the consultants were very short with me like hurrying me up to get done. I know they all gonna go out tonight and drink and party but they are still at work and dont or shouldnt treat people like this its not fair. so im trying to get this points and airtime transfer sorted out before the 8th of jan 2014 but just watch how they put me through from one department to the other like ping pong i have to hang up and call 083173 then i have to call 083808 then guess what i hold so long that it just automatically hangs up.
