They do not keep up to the deadline on handsets

On the 28 of december i took my phone at an mtn store in small street mall, shop no 9 for technical repaires. I was told that it is going to take a week for repaires to be done and i will be contacted to fetch my handset. I called on the 7 of january to find out if my phone was back and i was told that it has been booked in for repaires and i should call back again on thursday to find out if it has been delivered. So i contacted the technical call center my self as i was getting irritated with the run arrounds of my phone, spoke to a lady who told me that the phone is with them and should be ready by thursday so i settled on that one as that is what mtn told me too. Today is thursday i contacted the technical call center spoke to a guy by the name of karedi Motsau who just told me that they havent recieved this phone and it will only be ready by nextweek tuesday. Why am i tolad different statements from the consultants, its been two weeks now i dont have a phone i am missing out on important calls and personal emails but yet again no one knows about my phone. Can managemnt please contact me as i am not happy with the service i am given and i cannot carry on like this.0877360820
