I purchased goods at CNA and saw on the 21/11/2013 i had R44.72 loyalty points balance value (Loyalty Points = 44716.00.
So the next time i went to purchase something at CNA on 27/11/2013, i was going to use my loyalty points/balance to purchase the item. However my balance went from the above stated amount to R13.11 loyalty points balance value (Loyalty Points = 13113.00.
I went to Edgars to query and all they said is my points expired! What rubbish... Once again Edgars have disappointed and now i will put it on Facebook and ensure people dont go shopping there anymore!
