In April I used my MTN Loyalty Points (10 April) to purchase R180 airtime on my phone. The points were deducted, but the airtime was never loaded on my phone.
10 May 18:45 (REF 99971053) I called Tumelo to enquire about it and lodge the request/complaint. He told me it would take 7 - 20 working days to resolve.
29 May 09:58 (REF 10058771) I called Mgokwana to enquire about the status/progress of the reimbursement which is when she told me that Tumelo has done nothing about it. She got assistance and subsequent approval from her supervisor to reimburse the points. She promised to mail me confirmation that it would have been done. No email to date.
07 June 16:35 (no reference as she was totally incompetent) I called Palesa today and STILL no progress. Still under investigation!!! Today is the 20th working day!!! Can someone at MTN please pull their head from their and assist a long standing customer??
