During last month I wanted to use my loyalty points, when I got at Jet the cashier advice that I have NO points, and I had a lot, she said it disappear when you don't use them, today I went to CNA on my slip it shows my loyalty points are 16 000, why does it show on my till slip but when I want to use it, it disappear this is not funny do you know how much you have to buy for to get those points. please investigate and I want to know if it's going to disappear so I can use them before that happens...
