Double billing

In August/September I took out a 8ta data contract at eastrand mall. I was given the simcard, when I got home it couldn't activate. The next day since I had to go maponya mall I then decided to take with my laptop and modem to seek help at Telkom store. The sales consultant advised that the people at the eastrand mall didn't activate the simcard and gave me 2 options, viz to cancel the original contract and apply for a new one or they could log a query in which case it would have taken 48 hrs to sort out the problem. I decided to cancel the original contract and apply for a new one. Now the problem is that im being billed for two contracts when I have only one contract. I called Telkom and each time im told that the other contract is cancelled. However, come month end im billed for both contracts and each time have go to the bank to reverse the payment. Can someone help me sort out this problem once and for all, before my credit profile is tarnished for non-payment.
