Incompetent Service

I have been having a serious problem concerning Heita mobile, it seems as though they dont want to get it right. I since have disputed that i had cancelled my contracts with them in 02/13, how ever they decided to cancel only one contract and left the 2nd one active without my concernt. After several attempts to fix this problem i reported the matter to Hello peter. The company eventually refunded me the premiums they took, but still the problem persists, they still debit my account even though i have proof that i cancelled both contracts, i even went to their Maponya branch to cancel again on the 27/11/13, still the matter was still not solved, they last straw was when i was billed again on the 01/01/14
i honestly dont know what to do anymore, i called their call centre on numerous occasions where my calls were cut by their consultants, i eventually got through and spoke to Tshepo Magaka (team leader) who promised to get back to me, but to no vain, no one has assisted me till thus far. I am a very upset client
