Service Beyond expectations

I upgraded my contract on Monday 16 December at Clearwater service centre at round about 12 o'clock and told my sim swap will take between 2 to 24 hours.By 19:20 on Tuesday after I spoken to call centre operators at 16:00 and 19:00 with no wish or inclination to help me I got hold of Veronica Makhoana who not only solved my problem but went beyond that and kept in contact with me after she left work and made sure that my problem was resolved.
