I took out a Telkom contract for Data of 10gig for R200 a month. I asked the sales consultant that it should never exceed that amount then she told me that she capped it and even showed me in the system. 4 months later I receive a billing of R 700 for only 1 month of usage. When I query it with the manager he promised me it will be sorted. After 5 months of putting in a complain I receive a billing of R1500 for Data I've never received and used. I went to my bank to reverse the amount then went to Telkom to ask about this. The manger was so surprised that my case was not sorted. Now I want to terminate my contract cause I refuse to be robbed by a service provider in daylight. TELKOM IS PEOPLE
