Billing issue not fixed in over a month!

Hi My name is Thulele Moreki and on the 5th of november I called MTN direct to upgrade and get the wireless router that I saw [URL Removed] for R299, it said you get 3g plus 2g when you finish your 3g every month. I spoke to the guy by the name of Jeetendra Chiba from MTN direct who seats in Johannesburg. I spent about 20 min of the phone asking lots of questions so i could understand the package I am signing up for.

On the same day I got an sms confirming that I have been upgrading, I checked my balance and i still had 300mg from my last months data. After a week of trying to get the router working and MTN not getting back to me I managed to sort it out myself. Though they had said they will call me back.

I then got an ams saying I owe R3000 from data, it appears they sold me an open line without telling me! after two weeks of trying JT escalating to manager, the manager Maidi Masipa called and promised to retrieve the call and get back to me. To this day he hasn't! I have been calling MTN direct, they have sent him countless email asking him to get back to me, but he hasn't!

Can someone from MTN get off their behind and get back to me cause i am tired of calling with no help!
