Poor service and refuse to respond

I was contacted by them almost every 5 min to take an offer of the latest Smart phones. They would transfer my Vodacom number over. I tried to get these Sims to work and drove from one Mtn to the other. They tried to get it activated but of no avail. I on the end decided to cansel the account and could not phone them back. I have send them messages on email but they don't respond They have told me if I Decide not to take the phones I can give it to any Mtn But they don't want to take the phones because it belongs to another department. I have phoned Mtn directs cotumer Line and they keep on putting me on hold or talk slowly and keep asking Questions and delaying tactics until your phone dies. Then you have to start all over. I can't get these phone back or get them to cansel the accounts.
