At end of August I called the call centre and requested and upgrade of my package (1mb data 1mb line speed) to 2mb Data line speed however only my line was upgraded. I never noticed this last month as for the whole month I had line problems reported on the 6th September, only to be fixed on 9th October. I then noticed that my download speed was at 1mb and called the call centre (on three occasions) to upgrade my data package as that is what I wanted in the first place. Whilst on the phone with them, I saw that my download speeds was @2mb however after about an hour, it reverts (my data package) back to 1mb speeds. I'm really tired of calling for the same. Now I'm being billed for a 2mb line which is useless to begin with when my data package is on 1mb.
