I was contacted via a call center and offered an Mweb package, which I was in the market for, and also ordered a wireless router through them as well. I was offered a 12 month contract and took the uncapped 2Mb package, and was told that everything would be done in about 10-15 working days. The time came for me to sign up yesterday and I had not received a username or password, I had to phone support to find out how to get connected. My router still hasn't arrived, and I'm using an old one that isn't even mine. I am continuously calling your customer care and continuously not being contacted back. On top of this, I discovered an offer on your site an offer for a 6 month package with the first two months free. This would have suited me far better and it was never offered to me in the first place! I would love to turn this complaint into a compliment, provided that this issue is resolved before the weekend (tomorrow).
