I have a list of problems with mtn- got a new contract no airtime or data is loaded as per my contact
-I want to cancel the contract within 7 days no one can help me not the stores nor the 808 number
-called 808 for over 30 min trying to get to the retention department various dates and no one can help me.
-no one can help me
This is despicable and unacceptable. I am willing to pay what ever I have to so I can get rid of this mtn contract.
I told the stores I will even pay the full amount just get rid of the head aches yet no one can help me.
all I get given is reference numbers and no one helps wow that's great.
