I just received a call from the manager at the mtn store. After hearing the phone had been in the mtn store for 18 days before being booked in for repairs, which i did not even get an explanation for, i now hear that the phone has returned back with a dent. As customers, we have to continuously make sure we handle our phone with care as it may not be booked in for repairs because of negligence on our side! I will not accept that dented phone neither will i accept a refurbished unit!

The fault with mtn, for a dent to have happened, there had to be force - so whoever is respnsible for this should sort this out!

This only leaves 1 solution, a brand new phone! I will not accept any other! Now i would have to wait even longer for the phone! This is truly pathetic service from mtn!!!
