Disappointed in the general attitude and service

I took delivery of a pre-owned A5 coupe 2.0T in february 2013.

On purchase, my car had a slight ding/dent in the driver door which i had noticed. The salesman himself acknowledged that he saw it too. Also at the back below the rear valence/boot there was a scratch that is at least 8 cm long.

Unbeknown to me, audi has a policy of repairing any dents or scratches before delivery of the vehicle to the customer.

The only reason i found out about this policy was because my girlfriend intended on purchasing a pre-owned A3 at Audi Centre Sandton. The VERY SAME salesman who had sold me my car (Simphiwe Makina) went on to tell her that they repair any scratches on the car BEFORE it is delivered to the customer. It came as a surprise to me since 3 months earlier i was given no such information as to repairs to my dent & scratch which were there before delivery.

I queried this with the salesman. He offered to see what the dealership manager had to say about considering the repairs to the dent & scratch.

The next day he calls and says they wont do it because i've taken delivery already. (AFTER ACKNOWLEDGING THAT HE HAD SEEN THE DENT AND SCRATCH BEFORE I TOOK DELIVERY OF THE CAR)
