I bought a contract phone from vodacom last year April 2012, a month ago it started give me problems for the first time, by switching itself off up until it didnt power on. Took it for repairs as it is still under waranttee. They told me to pay R850.00 for the damage. They say its got a dent and I agree with that but the dent happened while the phone was still new and it didnt give any problem. I require them to fix the problem not the dent.

The problem might be the software or virus. The dent doesnt have anything to do with the problem as it happened long time ago. They must let me worry with the dent and fix my cell phone. Failing which, they must show the evidence on how an old dent can be the cause of the problem. Hope this can be dealt with soon.
