My car went in to replace rear brakes and to scheme rear brake drums, received the car back with a dent on my front driver side and the brakes is worst than before it was replaced (vw polo CA79884) I than returned the car at 7am in the morning and was told I can pick it up at 1pm, by collecting the car, it came to my knowledge they never attended to it yet. I was than contacted by 4pm that the car is ready for collection (15/2/2013).driving the car the brakes was still making a noise. I'm very disapointed as I paid for a job not well done and still sitting with the problem and receiving a car witn a dent after there was no dent reported when I took the car for the repairs and when I brought the dent to there attention I was told the car was dirty they could see the dent and its a old dent
