I have been having a problem with my phone. The first time I reported it, it got sorted out/ fixed but that was temporary as I had the same problem again in a short space of time. And that was only in 09 January 2013. It had a problem with the speaker and the navigation button.
It went in for repairs the second time 09 september 2013 but to my surprise it was not fixed as they said it had a dent on the inside. Now my issue is that my phone does not have a dent anywhere on the outside for that inside dent to occur so according to my knowledge I cannot dent an object on the inside without the outside being damaged. I have never taken anywhere for repairs. I also feel that MTN's technical centre is pushing the blame and not taking responsibility.
