Hi This is my second complaint on Telkom. Where they promise to fix the issue and get back to me and after 3 weeks of telling me to send speedtest nothing happens. Hopefully we can get a final answer of why Telkom promotes packages to have new customers and cannot deliver what is promised. Promise free upgrade to 10Mbps and you still get 4Mbps.
