Exchange still not upgraded

Good day

Can you please tell me if you have any plans to upgrade the Lichtenburg exchange to 10Mbps anytime soon? I've been having a 4Mbps for months now after being promised my exchange support 10Mbps. I really want that 10Mbps or even 20 or 40Mbps. Please contact me ASAP with feedback.
