What is the point of having a LIVE CHAT support section if you answer 2 out of 60 attempts. And for that matter having a HELP line that keep dropping calls. Or for that matter a support system that promises contact back in 57 minutes, when I have had to wait 12 hours for a reply? I am ready to take all of my business elsewhere unless I am given a dedicated person I can contact from now on. I am tired of being given the runaround. I used to sing Afrihost's praises, now I just think you guys are a bunch of with a badly designed system.
