This is the 6th time I report this problem with Telkom since November 2012. I had 5 technicians at our premises, the line works fine for 2 weeks, and then drops so bad that you can not even access the speedtest site.
I now demand a refund from TELKOM for all the months they have been charging me for a 4meg line, but never in one solid month were able to live up to that contract.
Stop sending technicians to do continuous tests and deliver what I have signed up for.
If you can not deliver don't mislead customers.
This quality of a line is not acceptable, and this query will now be followed through for the 6th and final time.
I will not hesitate to take legal action against Telkom for under delivering, with them knowing the facts, and still billing me monthly for so called fastest ADSL.
