Problems with migrating Telkom line

Hallo Afrihost

I am eager to use your wonderfull service everybody is raving about however there is a big problem!!!

I currently have a 1mbps uncapped line with Telkom which I want to migrate to Afrihost. In the same transaction I would like to upgrade my line to 4mbps uncapped. I phoned your sales department and they adviced me to already apply for a 4mbps package as the migration won't take that long -5 days.

I did my application on the 28-01-2013. Today 04-02-2013 it has been 7 days with no progress. When I phoned your client service (on hold 41 min) they informed me that Afrihost only send the request today and it "should" be working on Thursday?! Thus I PAID for a 4mbps line and only got 1mbps for 2 weeks.

Telkom also send me an invoice for line rental in Feb 2013. You promised me on your website that if I switch I won't be billed twice. You said that you are different. You promise lightning fast service from your support staff.

I have been nice and now I am asking you to return the favour. Sort me out, hook me up, or if you can't deliver on your promises give me back Double my money (as promised on your website).

Lets start on a clean slate.
