In July 2013 i was debited with an amount of R 1024 and my normal installment is R199.00, i called call centre no 808 i spoke to team leader Ndumiso whom said he will investigate and get back to me but he failed to return my call, on the 02/08/13 i called again spoke to another team leader Senlot is his name he was a bit helpful even sent me an email apologising on behalf of his colleaque Ndumiso, he also promised to get back to me which he never did, my line was disconnected around 15/08 i called again spoke to Reginah whom promise to investigate but as usual she failed to get back to me but she re-connected my line. i called towards end of august spoke to ndumiso again whom said matter with their legal department as i was owing them an amount of R 800 or more since 2011 how could my account be behind with that amount since from 2011 if i did not rec any calls from MTN? i even upgraded early 2012 how was that possible? yes i kow early 2011 my account was behind i called MTN customer service to request arrears amount and i paid as per the amount they amount theirconsultant gave me, why would it take 2 years for them to confirm my account was behind?
