I called in on monday to activate airtime transfer on my contract phone I was told by Bongi it would be activated WITHIN 24 HOURS, 4 days later it has still not been activated. I phoned in several times within the 4 days and everyone I have spoken to seem to be passing the buck they can not give me an adequate answer as to why my query can not be resolved, I even spoke to the team leader Richard who also made empty promises I haven't heard a word from him after telling me that he would give me feedback on my query.
