Someone has used my details and has taken a contract phone with Vodacom, . There was a debit order on my account for this contract which I have no idea of. I went to you cresta Vodacom and soft locked this number and called your call center to log a query. The agent confirmed there will be a investigation logged and I would get a call in this regard. The 12.01.2013 I called again to the call center and spoke to another Agent who confirmed there was no investigation for this cell phone number and the ref number was not even on the system, I asked to speak to a team leader who then confirmed this information. The team leader requested me to please fax an Affidavit, my ID copy and a bank statement to 0860082082 . I have sent this information on the 15.01.13 yet too date no one has even called me to confirm the information has been received or kept me updated as to what is happening with the investigation.
