MTN has for the last 2 months been taking money out of my account for no reason... it amounts to more or less R3000.00 and nobody can give me an answer. Bare in mind I DO NOT HAVE ANY ACCOUNT WITH MTN so this is because I do not understand what the money is going for. Because of this money that they take out of my account for no reason at all my debit orders cannot go off and I have to pay penalties of R90, 00 per debit order that fails because of this.
What is the reason? Where does this money go to and who is the person responsible for this action.
I DEMAND THAT SOMEBODY CALLS ME ASAP AND THE MONEY TO BE PAID BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT AS WELL AS THE FAILED DEBIT ORDER CHARGES WHICH AMOUNTS TO NEARLY R1000.00 and also a LETTER OF APOLOGY AS TO THE FACT THAT THIS IS A BAD REFLECTION ON MY CREDIT RECORD. I AM AWAITING YOUR URGENT RESPONSE!!!
