Wrong billing amount

Virgin mobile has been deducting ALOT more than the agreed amount on my contract. People keep phoning me about the incorrect billing and I keep asking them to send me a detailed bill, which never happens. Can someone please sort this out IMMEDIATELY? How can I be billed over R1000 a month when my contract is supposed to be ONLY just under R300?
