UPGRADED CONTRACT IN JULY, SINCE THEN INCORRECT BILLING EVERY MONTH AND LATEST AMOUNT IS NOW RIDICULOUS. BILLING DEPT IS NEVER AVAILABLE TO ANSWER MY QUERIES AND TODAY A CUSTOMER CONSULTANT SAYS THAT MY ACCOUNT IS IN ARREARS FOR 2 MONTHS YET THE ACCOUNT RUNS ON A DEBIT ORDER - HOW CAN THAT RUN INTO ARREARS? EVERY TIME I PHONE THROUGH I GET THE RUN AROUND AND THE CONSULTANT IS CLUELESS. I MUST SAY THOUGH THAT THEY DO LIVE UP TO THEIR NAME WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND SERVICE - VIRGIN.
