Poor service still no answe

Good day.

At 8:00 this morning I received a sms from Vodacom stating that unusually high usage has been detected on my cellular number, R6370.33, and that I should call 082 155 for data queries.

I did so and spoke to Sue. The Rica on the phone is in my name, but the account gets paid by my Dad. Sue verified my ID and then wanted to verify my dad. I explained that he is 70 does not have his own cell and can not hear properly on a phone, which seems to be a problem for Sue.

Then all of a sudden Sue could not hear me anymore, she phoned me back and still could not hear me. Let me just mention that my phone has full signal. Yet again, just another brilliant Vodacom mess.

Have not heard back again, still do not know what the R6370.33 is for, and it seems that if you do not pay the account you can not even query any problems on your own phone.

I have logged into [URL Removed] it shows my account is only R629.88. So I see this as a mistake on Vodacom's side and will not accept any responsibility for the mentioned charge on my account.

One can not even get a proper response from the call centre number given to you by Vodacom.

WHERE DO I GO FROM HERE???
