No Response from Telkom

My Telkom line has been out of order since Monday 9 December 2013. I have sent about 4 sms's to Telkom and 1 email I have called them and had to hold on for about 10 minute. (I had to put the phone down because my cellphone ran out of airtime.

No reply from my email and no reply from my Sms's. (by the way, I am paying for the line but can't use it and nobody even makes an effort of coming back to me.)
