I called Telkom in May 2013 to come and install a line at my complex. Telkom said everything is fine for the installation on the 3rd Aug 2013. Nothing came from that date. I called Telkom and they said they will follow up and gave me a ref no. ARS 231685. An email was sent to me on Monday the 12 Aug 2013 to say I dont have infrastructure at my complex for a line.
I dont understand as some of the owners in my complex does have Telkom lines to their unites and there is a Telkom box at at the gatehouse.
Can you please explain to me what does your email mean there is no infrastructure in my area?
