Last year I applied for an addition line and the technitian came to instal the line
The major problem is that they connected this new line to our switchboard and this line is suppose to be a direct line. I called telkom on the 8th of January 2013 and I was told to send an email to [Email Removed] I sent the email but to date no reply.
I tried to call Telkom's call centre but that voice machine is also faulty "it keeps on asking me to punch my 10 digit telephone number for ever" and I end up giveuping.
Please have this line because you have started billing us for this line and we not even using this line.
