An extra R1000 for call/sms that I didn't make

Another k up in a long-list of f*! k ups from Cell-C. I can't say I'm surprised...

This time CellC have seen fit to bill me an additional R1000 this festive season. Partly for a content service which I'm not subscribed to R131.70. According to the contact centre I'm subscribed to itouch and nothing else; however, I being billed for some other service to which I didn't subscribe! In addition, I am being billed for R967.25 for internet calls, which depleted my data quota and added an additional amount onto my invoice. There are about 8 of these everyday in November that occur while I'm fast asleep or at work. Basically while I'm doing other things that don't involve my phone... It suddenly occurs in November out of the blue, just in time for the festive season. Way to go CellC for F*! king up the beginning of my holiday!!!

To make things worse the first agent I spoke to has a attitude about the while thing, as if CellC is beyond reproach and that its my problem. Well we'll have to see about that... and all of this on a Saturday morning.
