I took my phone into the repair center. I was asked if the "Find my device" feature was turned on to which I responded "I am not sure.". I was advised that this should take 7 days. I received little sms's telling me that my phone had been assigned up to the advanced repair center. I was then informed that it had been returned to Cresta. I went to Cresta to be informed that my phone has had no work done because of "Find my device" after more than two weeks. It took 2 minutes to fix this with access to the internet. No one so much as gave me a call to attempt to sort this out. Based on the sms's at least four people worked with my phone and nobody called. This shocks me cause this incurs unnecessary expense for vodacom with courier services etc.

The apathy of vodacom staff is my primary concern, having neither respect for their companies money or their customers time.

I complained at the repair centre who advised me a number to complain. I phoned the number, who advised that they would send me an sms with an email address that I could complain to. The sms read, email address [URL Removed]
