So a debit order did not go off my account due to lack of funds. My phone was switched off the next day. I accept this and asked for late debit. The debit order went through. Now to get my phone switched on. 2 days after debit order goes through, my phone not switched on. Phone call center and Mortier says I must send him through proof of payment. I send him printed statement from ATM. Phone does not go on. I phone in again and another contact centre agent answers checks with Mortier and tells me he has received payment slip and my phone should be on within the next hour. Two hours later phone still not on. Phone call centre again. Different agent checks with Mortier who tells me original ATM slip not sufficient. I need to go into the bank and get a statement stamped by the bank. Why was I not told this in the first place. Then I talk to Tuduuetfoo in accounts who is not very helpful and has not the slightest hint of customer service. I may as well have talked to the wall. Issue - when you don't pay they suspend service almost immediately, when you do pay they cannot pick it up their system, do not accept your proof of payment and they now can switch your phone at their leisure.
