Airtime not loading

I have loaded over R300 on my pre-paid simcard. Vodacom can "see" this payment but it's not reflecting on my sim card and so I have no money I can use. No-one wants to resolve this issue for me so now I am fed-up and resorting to this forum.
On Monday 10 Dec at roughly 11pm i charged R275 airtime and R12 data to my phone using FNB online banking. That transaction went through so the money was sent to my vodacom phone but it never loaded on my phone. In other words, there's no airtime on my phone.
Next morning at 10am I bought R50 from a vending machine (I have that receipt too) and again the money did not load onto my phone. After 5 calls to customer service, calls to FNB and the vending machine operators I eventually went to a vodacom store in Brooklyn mall, Pretoria.
The vodacom consultant can view my transactions on her pc. The consultant can see that I'd made these payments but customer service cannot (WHY?). but still I CAN"T use the money on sim because it's not there. Vodacom you have my money but I have no airtime!!!
Vodacom, please refund me or put this money on my sim.
