I purchased a prepaid Vodacom voucher and loaded it on my phone and as yet i haven't received the airtime credit to my phone. I called their customer care and was told I'd have to wait an hour for it to reflect and it still isn't reflecting. This after i gave the guy i spoke to the serial number of the receipt and he checked and said it was reflecting that the money had been loaded.
I'm more than a little annoyed as i was stuck on the side of the road by one of those garages waiting for my airtime to arrive so i could call for assistance. In the end i had to use some strangers phone to make that call. As we all know SA isn't the safest country for a woman to get stranded on the side of a road either. Vodacom have unequivocally demonstrated to me today just how little they care about their customers! For me this could've turned into a life or death situation had that stranger not allowed me to use their phone! Thank you for putting me through that VODACOM!!!
