I bought air time from standard bank (13/12/2013) internet banking to recharge my cell c sim card. The transaction went through successfully from my standard bank account. But the air time did get credited on my cell c account. I contacted cell c which promised to investigate and advise. I got no call from cell c until I called them. Only to be told that the service request was closed. I also logged a call with standard bank. Which also promised to investigate and advise. But they did not call, when I called them they told me the task they logged for my issue is no where to be found. They logged another one. I called them again this morning (06/01/2014), and they told me the task was also resolved & closed. But I still don't have my air time and the explanation as to what happened. What do I have to do here?
